In an environment of constant disruption market shifts, new goals, reorganizations, evolving customer expectations change is inevitable.

The Change Management workshop empowers teams and leaders to harness change as a driver of growth. It combines experiential learning with proven change-management frameworks to build resilience, agility and leadership readiness across your organization.

What Participants Will Learn?

Understand the psychology of change: why change triggers resistance, and how to navigate emotions and uncertainty.

Recognise individual and team’s change-response styles through an “Agility Spectrum”.

Learn practical tools to manage change: assessing impact, communication, overcoming resistance, aligning stakeholders and driving adoption.

Embed strategic change leadership practices inspired by global best-practices (e.g. Kotter’s 8-Step Change Model) — turning change into opportunity.

Build personal credibility and team trust to lead change with empathy, clarity and conviction.

Workshop Structure

Experiential Activity: Change Agent

A high-energy simulation designed to recreate the pressure, ambiguity and unpredictability of real organizational change:

  • Participants navigate shifting rules in a bounded space.
  • They have to punch numbers in ascending order under time pressure requiring focus, coordination, adaptability.
  • Multiple rounds simulate evolving constraints, demanding quick thinking, teamwork, stress-management and leadership under pressure.

The activity makes participants experience the discomfort, unpredictability and urgency that real change often brings and highlights the need for agility, collaboration and calm under pressure.

Experiential Activity: Change Agent

By the end of the change management training workshop, participants will:

  • Understand the emotional and behavioural dynamics behind resistance to change
  • Recognise their own and team members’ change-styles (Straggler / Inbetweener / Explorer) and manage them effectively
  • Be equipped with a practical framework (the Change Manager’s Handbook) to design, communicate and implement change initiatives
  • Possess tools to build trust, manage resistance, and lead change with empathy and clarity
  • View change not as disruption but as opportunity; and lead transition with confidence and resilience
