Siddharth is a Co-Founder at Korelate Learning, established in 2022. He started this venture with a mission to challenge the norm that “Team Building” is only about creating light and fun experiences. He works passionately to design meaningful experiential learning interventions that allows participants to discover themselves, understand their team members and own the company’s vision.

In his earlier stint, he worked in the learning industry for over 14 years. Worked mostly in the start-up environment, Like in any start up journey, he donned multiple hats at different times. This includes – Senior Facilitator, Business development head, Regional manager, Alliance manager and Category head.

He has worked specifically on these areas in the last few years:

• Designing, developing and delivering leadership journeys
• High energy experiential team building programs
• Trust building interventions
• Process facilitation
• Psychometric assessments using the MBTI instrument
• Running online business simulations
• Creating and running bespoke customised workshops .

In a previous chapter of his professional life, which he affectionately refers to as “past life”, Siddharth also made notable contributions within esteemed organisations such as Hewlett Packard and Wipro, where he assumed pivotal roles in Learning and Development.

He is a sports enthusiast and a fitness freak. He loves playing table tennis and basketball in his free time and he is a passionate marathon runner – having run various marathons around the country including the world’s highest marathon.

While his roots trace back to Delhi, Siddharth currently resides in Mumbai alongside his beloved wife.
