Many of these schools lack basic facilities like desks, forcing students to sit on the floor for long hours, leading to health issues such as back pain, strained eyesight, and poor handwriting. In addition to desk construction, the activity includes a creative project where teams build and decorate book racks. This task is divided into two parts: one half of the team designs an elaborately themed mural that serves as the backdrop for the bookshelf, while the other half attends a decoupage workshop to turn the shelves into a work of art.
