Avadhut is a Co-Facilitator at Korelate Learning, he started this journey with a deep desire to connect with people and enhance his understanding of teams and what it takes to create a high-performance culture within the teams.

After Graduating from Bhavans College at the age of 21 with a Bachelor’s degree, he embarked on his professional journey and pursued his passion.

In his earlier roles, he served as a recruiter in the Human Resource department, honing his skills in client experience, decision-making, teamwork, meeting deadlines, and communication. Alongside his professional pursuits, he has developed a diverse skill set that consists of photography, videography, and video editing, all while documenting moments that will always be enjoyed and treasured.

An avid sports enthusiast, Avadhut finds immense joy and passion in football. He channels his creativity into producing music, DJing, and being a Karaoke Jockey in his leisure time. His talent has earned him a lot of recognition and has won a few awards, he has produced background music for an online short film.

Despite being born and raised in the bustling city of Mumbai, he finds solace in the serene ambiance of his native Ratnagiri. He shares a close bond with his parents and his older brother, cherishing the warmth of family ties amidst the urban hustle and bustle.
