Dr Ray believes meaningful learning happens when people experience, reflect, and apply. Over the past decade, he has put that belief into practice for more than 8,00,000 people across healthcare, finance, consulting, manufacturing, renewable energy, FMCG, technology, and education.

The Facilitator

Dr Ray designs and leads experiential learning in leadership, team effectiveness, trust, communication, and collaboration. His work spans high-energy team building, gamified learning, large-group experiences, process facilitation, and bespoke organisational workshops, from small teams to gatherings of 1,600.

Ray’s clients include Google, Apple, BCG, Bain & Company, KPMG, EY, Deloitte, Mercer, Airbnb, Amazon, Cisco, MongoDB, Sun Life, Hero MotoCorp, RBI, the Consulate of Switzerland, and Delhi Police.

The Academic

Kalyan holds a PhD in Communication and Organizational Psychology from GD Goenka University, an MA in Communication and Media Studies from Christ University, Bangalore, and a BA in Mass Communication from Loyola Academy, Hyderabad. He spent nearly a decade in academia and has trained over 5,000 educators in various nuances and related learning methodologies. That experience shapes the way he takes the stage, blending rigour with experiential learning.

The Storyteller

Kalyan began his career in journalism across print and electronic media, including The Hindu, Hans India and CVR English, before moving into academia and then experiential learning. He is a columnist and the author of Story Between the Truth & Lie (Notion Press, 2020) and Khoon Se Nahi, Rooh Se Bhai. He has spoken on two TEDx stages, delivered several keynote addresses across domains on global stages, and works as a recreational therapist, bringing play and reflection into his learning design.
