But Glen isn’t your average facilitator—he’s the heart and soul behind our workshops. An INFP with a heart of gold, he brings creativity and empathy to every interaction, whether he’s coaching, decoding body language, or leading sessions on Customer Centricity or Team Building.

Glen’s expertise spans a wide range of topics, from Customer Centricity, Four Discipline of Execution, Market immersion workshop, Time management, Team Alignment, and Team Building, reflecting his diverse skill set.

Glen has been very fortunate to have had the opportunity to work closely with several blue chip organisations such as HUL, Google, Saint Gobain, Allianz, Abbott, Roche, HSBC, Mahindra & Mahindra, Antara Foundation, Kohler, L&T and many more fostering collaboration and enabling breakthroughs.

From Instructional Designing to Leadership Development, Glen’s toolkit is extensive. Certified as a Simulations Facilitator, he brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to every engagement. Glen also believes in bringing tons of warmth, expertise, and vision combined to create transformative learning experiences.

Outside of work, you’ll find him hitting the pool or pounding the pavement, fueled by his love for swimming and running.
