Meet Prajwal (True Kannadiga at heart) – who is a Co-Facilitator at Korelate Learning. He is a backbone of any workshop that Korelate conducts.

A true team player, he ensures that he works very seamlessly with other teams to deliver a seamless experience for the clients.

In his previous role, he worked at FocusU Engage, focusing on playing a pivotal role in Team Building and Leadership workshops . His contributions included reducing facilitator workload, increasing participant engagement, and enhancing the experience.

Prior to that, he worked as an Associate at Accenture and Analyst at Genpact, he focussed on maintaining and improving manufacturing production processes. While at Genpact, his responsibilities involved comprehending process steps, identifying potential issues, and optimizing operations.

Prajwal’s journey began with a stint at Walt Disney World right after college, an experience he fondly refers to as his “past life.” There, he gained invaluable insights into teamwork and delivering exceptional customer experiences at every touchpoint.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Prajwal is a passionate sports enthusiast, traveler, and explorer. He finds joy in riding bikes, playing basketball, and indulging in his passion for jeep off-roading, often participating in off-road competitions across Karnataka.
