F1 Fury offers an exhilarating team-building experience where you join the ranks of Ferrari, McLaren, and Red Bull to design, build, and race your own F1 car. Teams start with a pre-designed chassis and then use their creativity to blueprint and construct a unique bodywork, all while adhering to legal specifications to avoid disqualification. Points are awarded for the best designs and branding.
In addition to the car, teams must create a cohesive brand, including team hats, overalls, and car decals featuring their logo and sponsors’ names, and pitch their theme to our experts.
The event culminates in an exciting head-to-head race down the track. Teams showcase their cars’ performance, followed by a thrilling pit stop challenge where the crew must swiftly remove and replace tires before racing back to the start. F1 Fury combines design, strategy, and teamwork for a memorable and high-energy experience.
F1 Fury promotes effective role allocation and close cross-functional cooperation, ensuring that construction and branding tasks are completed within the time frame. The project demands full engagement from all team members, leveraging their creative and artistic skills to enhance the F1 car. Teams practice tight pit stop changes to optimize their process, understanding that the final race can be won or lost based on these crucial moments.
