While each team may work perfectly on their own task, how does the outcome change when all their tasks add up? This activity will show how crucial it is to collaborate across functions, and execute a plan properly. Learning to align to a common vision and fulfilling their commitments is what will make the final outcome successful.
Each team must build some square and triangular based pyramids as per the specific guidelines and dimensions. Teams are also provided with the material to design and represent their pyramids around a particular theme.
Once the individual pyramids are built, they have to be stacked together to create one giant pyramid. The goal is for the final pyramid to stand and look like the mini pyramids belong together
