The Everest Challenge by Korelate Learning is an engaging activity designed to align teams with a shared vision. Participants build individual pyramid structures using cardboard, which are then combined to form a giant pyramid symbolizing the team’s collective achievement of conquering Everest. Depending on team size, the structure can be three or four tiers.
Each face of the pyramid represents crucial aspects of the team’s journey. The “what” encompasses the team’s values, guiding principles, and foundational beliefs. The “how” outlines the processes and strategies the team will use to achieve their goals. The “why,” positioned at the top, captures the vision and ultimate purpose of the team.
Teams collaborate to assemble these pyramids, using slogans and colors that reflect their brand messages or themes. The result is a towering representation of collective achievement, symbolizing a unified team conquering their own Everest. This activity fosters collaboration, reinforces team values, and provides a tangible representation of their aligned vision and goals.
