Recreate the childhood joy and focus of solving jigsaw puzzles with the Jigsaw Junction. In this team-building activity, participants work in small teams to complete a giant jigsaw puzzle, navigating both technical and interpersonal challenges to achieve success, all while experiencing the flow state for optimal performance.
Teams are tasked with completing a puzzle as quickly as possible. Initially divided, each team receives separate bags of puzzle pieces, believing they are competing against one another. Soon, they realize they must collaborate with other sub-teams to obtain the missing pieces and complete the puzzle.
This challenge tests large teams on organization, leadership, and teamwork, ensuring everyone has a role. Ultimately, all teams come together to assemble a giant jigsaw puzzle. This activity beautifully demonstrates the power of experiential learning and provides valuable insights that can be applied to various workplace scenarios.
