In this unique team challenge, participants become creators, brand strategists, and
storytellers — all rolled into one. Each team will conceptualize, craft, and pitch their own
fragrance brand, mirroring the real-world journey of product creation from idea to market.
This activity brings together imagination, collaboration, and communication — with a splash
of fun and a dash of competition.
The experience begins with teams diving into the fascinating world of fragrance creation. Participants experiment with a range of scents, blending and combining them to design a signature perfume that captures the essence of their imagined brand. Once their fragrance is ready, the creative journey continues into the design phase — teams brainstorm names, craft distinctive labels, and design packaging that reflects their brand identity.
Next comes the storytelling phase, where teams bring their brand to life through words and visuals. They craft a short, compelling narrative that expresses the personality and purpose behind their creation. The excitement builds as teams then shift into production mode, shooting a 30–60 second advertisement to “sell” their fragrance. This final step invites everyone to tap into their creativity — from acting and direction to scripting and editing. The activity culminates in a lively showcase, where teams present their brand and ad to the group in a celebration of creativity, teamwork, and laughter.
This activity offers a rich blend of creative collaboration and practical learning. Teams discover how effective communication and clear role distribution can transform a shared vision into a cohesive product. They engage in innovative and design thinking, learning to experiment, take risks, and refine ideas collaboratively. The storytelling component deepens their ability to communicate purpose and emotion with impact, while the final presentation hones confidence and persuasion skills. Above all, participants experience the satisfaction of bringing an idea to life from scratch — a joyful reminder of what teams can achieve when creativity, collaboration, and play come together.
