ON THE CREDIBILITY OF THE TOOL
Everything DiSC® is published by Wiley, one of the world’s largest academic and professional publishers, with over 200 years of publishing excellence. The DiSC model itself has been in continuous research and development for nearly 50 years, built on the original work of psychologist William Marston. Unlike many behavioural tools, Everything DiSC uses adaptive testing — meaning the assessment adjusts to each respondent’s answers in real time, producing results with significantly higher precision than fixed-form questionnaires. The Everything DiSC assessment has a test-retest reliability of .85 and above — among the highest in the category. It is not a type sorter or a box to put people in. It is a behavioural framework that describes tendencies — where people naturally go, especially under pressure — while being explicit that all styles are equally valuable and that no one is fixed within a single style. Experience the activity
The MBTI Workshop is a comprehensive team-building activity designed to enhance understanding and collaboration within groups by exploring personality types. Prior to the workshop, participants complete an online MBTI assessment that categorizes them into one of 16 distinct personality types based on their preferences and behavior. During the in-person session, experts start by briefing the group on the key similarities and differences among the personality types.
Participants then engage in a step-by-step process to uncover their own personality type, followed by an in-depth exploration of how different types interact and respond to various situations. The workshop delves into how personality traits influence behavior and communication, fostering insightful discussions and revelations. This understanding helps teams appreciate diverse perspectives and improve interpersonal dynamics, leading to stronger connections and enhanced teamwork.
